Tasks are split among seven officers. Club members elect a new board of officers every term.

President - Moritz Kaiser

As President, my duties are mostly in strategic areas to further develop the club. I work closely with my fellow Officers. We discuss activities as how to attract more members, how to assist our members in achieving their educational goals or how to brush up our internet presence. This term we've already started to assign new members a mentor on a regular basis and have created our new web presence.
Moreover, I represent our club in the Toastmasters organisation and ensure that our club will be the right learning place for our members not only today but also tomorrow.

Vice President Education - Stefanie Lohmann

The Vice President Education is responsible for planning successful club meetings so that each member has the opportunity to achieve his or her educational goals. He is the second-highest ranking Club officer, presiding at Club and Executive Committee meetings in the absence of the President.

Standards outside of the club meetings are to plan club meetings, completing schedules and assignments in advance and confirming each schedule five to seven days before the meeting; promote participation in the educational program. Get commitment from members to earn the Competent Leader award. Track all members' progress toward these awards; orient new members to the Toastmaster's program within two meetings after they join; assign every new member a mentor; attend Club Executive Committee meetings and preside when the President is absent; arrange for a replacement if unable to attend Club meetings; prepare successor for office.

Standards at the club meeting are to assign each new member to be a Table Topics participant at the first meeting after joining, to a meeting role at the third meeting or earlier, and to give the Ice Breaker manual project at the fourth meeting or sooner; ensure that a club member conducts The Successful Club Series programs "Evaluate to Motivate," "Moments of Truth," "Mentoring," and "Finding New Members for Your Club" at least once per year; monitor club performance quarterly in cooperation with the club President; initial speakers' Records of Assignments and ensure eligible members fill out their award applications.

Vice President Membership - Martin Mittermaier

What is the secret of membership building? “Word-of-mouth” advertising and a good website bring people to your club. A good educational program convinces them to join. But how to keep members happy, motivated and committed? It is the task of the Vice President Membership to think about member retention strategies. It is the VP Membership who calls members who have missed several meetings to find out why and to help them refocus on their goals. He keeps track of the achievements of the members and makes sure that the achievements are acknowledged. He also keeps track of the members interests, the mood, the atmosphere in the club. Is the Club warm, welcoming, supportive, funny? Another task of the VP Membership is to promote area, division and district events. Contests and Conferences are often Toastmasters turning points, eye opening experiences that showcase the possibilities beyond the club. Last but not least he has an eye on social events. Do we have summer barbecues and do we celebrate birthdays? Yes we do.  And with our 35th Anniversary we this year celebrated a big birthday.

Vice President Public Relations - Tanja Schöpke

The Vice President Public Relations has to promote the club internally, to its members and other Toastmasters Clubs and also externally, to the entire society. The tasks internally consist of distribution of Newsletters to members and guests on a regular basis. Announcing special club events can also be the duty of the VP Public Relations. Administration and updates of the club website are a task which can be seen in both areas, the internal and external work. Further external tasks are to represent the club on city events and to write articles for Newspapers and Magazines.

Secretary - Florian Huber

The secretary is the club's primary interface with Toastmasters headquarters in California. I work closely with the Treasurer and with the Vice President of Membership to enroll new members, reinstate old members or process transferred members. I also report the newly elected club officers and generate the club's membership list. Most of these tasks can be accomplished on the Toastmasters Web site and are actually a joy to perform.
I also function as the club's "memory", meaning, I maintain all the records, not only of the current year, but also of all previous years of the club's existence, to the extent possible. Since our original charter document appears to have been lost, it is also my responsibility to request a new one from Toastmasters headquarters.
Finally, it is my job to take the minutes of any executive meetings so that we know what was decided and who is to do what.

Treasurer - Florian Huber

The Treasuer has to prepare and send dues statements, to collect and send dues to World Headquarters. He has to ensure members are up-to-date,
and receive all the advantages a membership brings, e.g. Toastmasters Newsletter. Furthmore he has to submit new member applications and dues
to World Headquarters, to pay bills, and keep records of all financial transactions. And of course he has to attend board meetings that are
held monthly or at least bi-monthly.

Sergent at Arms - Christopher Magyar

The sergeant at arms is also called the "Keeper of club properties".
As the sergeant at arms, I am responsible for maintaining club properties, arranging the meeting room and welcoming members and guests at each meeting.
I am also responsible for arranging the room and equipment (banner, evaluation forms, ballots, etc.) at least 10 minutes before the meeting begins.
